Harsh Environment Nano M8 Cords
Send signal and power to low-current devices with M8 connections near welding, metal machining, and in spots where temperatures change. These cords stand up to chemicals, oil, weld slag, and other tough industrial stresses thanks to a layer of TPE. They’re flame rated FT4, so they meet requirements for preventing the spread of flames. Also known as pico cords, M8 cords are often used with 8 mm and smaller proximity switches and photoelectric switches. These cords are good for robotics and other jobs with continuous motion because TPE bends easily.
All are rated IP66K and IP67 when mated for protection against dust, temporary submersion, and high-pressure washdowns. UL and C-UL listed, they meet American and Canadian safety standards.

Mini Splitters
Simplify wiring and reduce the number of cords in your automation setup. These splitters create a branch off a main cord or connect multiple devices with a mini connection to a single port in a junction box or I/O module. A threaded housing securely mates with other mini connectors to keep out contaminants and won’t come loose from shaking or vibration. They have a standard pole layout and housing thread size to reduce the chance you’ll mis-mate connectors.
When mated, these connectors meet IP68 and NEMA 6P for protection against dust, submersion, washdowns, and weather.
Caps protect connectors and maintain their IP and NEMA ratings when not in use.
Thread adapters connect plugs and sockets that both have internal threads.

M35 Power Connectors
Power robotic arms and other high-amperage machines in motor controls, conveyors, and sorting and packaging systems from your main M35 power line. Quick to attach and detach, these connectors are easy to install and maintain.
UL and C-UL listed, all meet American and Canadian safety standards. They’re UL 2237 rated, which means you can use them in motor circuits that extend beyond their circuit breaker or fuse. IP and NEMA rated when mated, these connectors also resist corrosion and seal out dust and water from weather and washdowns. They can even be under water for brief periods of time.
Connecting tees link multiple pieces of equipment with M35 connections. Reducing tees connect equipment with M35 connections to equipment with M22 connections.
Add a cap to shield these connectors from dust when they’re not in use.
Optional locking clips stop your connector from coming loose when powering devices with high amperage.

Micro M12 Screw-Together Ethernet Connectors
Unlike traditional RJ45 connectors found in data centers, these connectors stand up to rugged industrial environments since they tightly thread to devices with M12 connections, sealing out contaminants and resisting shaking loose from vibration. Use them to transfer high-speed data between sensors, switches, computers, IO modules, programmable logic controllers (PLCs), and other equipment. They can also power devices as they send data, so you don’t need a separate power cord. But, the device must be Power over Ethernet (PoE) compatible. These connectors are often used with EtherNet/IP, Profinet, and EtherCAT systems. Since they’re shielded, they block signal interference from nearby devices, maintaining their speed and data integrity. Poles and keyways on the face adhere to standard coding layouts to reduce the chance you’ll mismatch connections.
When choosing an Ethernet connector, make sure you match or exceed your network’s category industry designation. These connectors are backward compatible—for example, a Category 6 connector will work in a Category 5 network, but it’ll only run at the Category 5 speed.
A-coded and X-coded connectors send data faster than D-coded connectors, so they’re best for robotics and other systems that run multi-step programs.
Adapters create a transition point between an M12 and RJ45 connection. Use them in panels or walls—your tough threaded connection on one side and your control panel and computer or PLC on the other.
90° elbow connectors run your cord along the side of equipment, so they fit behind machines and in tight spaces.
IP rated connectors keep out dust and can be used in wet areas when mated or capped. IP65 connectors can be lightly rinsed. IP67 connectors can be submerged temporarily.
Add caps to protect connectors and maintain their IP ratings when not in use.

Sealed Power Supplies
Completely sealed and protected from dust and water, these power supplies don't need a separate electrical panel or enclosure. Instead, mount them directly to machine tools, process control equipment, conveyors, and other equipment found in harsh industrial areas. They convert AC voltage to deliver DC power right at the point of need, reducing the need for complex wiring.
Rated IP67, all of these power supplies are safe for use in dusty, humid, and wet locations, as well as in applications where the power supply may be briefly submerged in water. IP66-rated power supplies can also withstand frequent washdowns.
Although sealed in a housing, these power supplies have excellent heat dissipation, so they run reliably even as temperatures rise. They use switching regulation, which means they produce the stated voltage despite fluctuations in your input power and the power being drawn by your system, and they won’t create much heat. Some of these power supplies are also SEMI F47 compliant, which means they meet standards for maintaining output voltage when input voltage dips. This is commonly known as voltage sag immunity.
If you exceed the maximum voltage or load, these power supplies shut down to protect both the power supply and the connected equipment. They also meet the voltage requirements for use in a SELV (separated extra low voltage) circuit. With various domestic and international certifications, such as UL listing and CE marking, you can be sure they meet stringent safety standards.
Maximum output noise is also known as ripple noise. The lower the value, the less interference the power supply creates. For most applications, a value over 100mVpp isn’t a problem. However, when using to power extremely sensitive electronics, such as audio equipment and high-precision measuring and testing equipment, you’ll want an output noise around 5mVpp or less.
Power factor shows how effectively a power supply draws AC power from the main electrical supply. The higher the power factor—up to a maximum score of 1—the lower your operating cost.
Efficiency describes how good a power supply is at converting the AC power it draws from your main electrical supply into DC power. High-efficiency power supplies cost less money to operate and produce less heat, meaning cooler temperatures in your electrical cabinet.
Power supplies with an output peak current briefly boost power above their maximum operating current for starting motors, actuating solenoid valves, and other applications that require a higher starting current than their operating current.
Power supplies that cannot be sold to California and Vermont do not meet energy efficiency requirements.
