Miniature Electric Actuators with Automated Controls
Smaller than any other actuator in our offering, these actuators’ short stroke length makes them good for automating fine, precise adjustments. They’re often used for aligning, pressing, and diverting. They come with an all-in-one motion control system to set the speed, timing, and position with buttons—no programming is required.
Rod-style actuators have threads on the front of the rod.
Table-style actuators give you setup flexibility, since you can mount equipment on top or in front. Mount on top to reduce the space you need to move a full stroke length.

Flush-Mount 16 mm Panel-Mount Push-Button Switches
Because these switches mount flush against a panel, they're easy to clean and hard to damage.
Note: Illuminated switches include a bulb. If wiring the switch and the bulb to the same circuit, the circuit voltage must not exceed bulb voltage.
Switches with quick-disconnect terminals are rated IP40 for parts behind the panel, and IP67 for the front of the panel.

Potentiometers
Vary electrical flow to control speed, volume, and light intensity. The number of turns affects the resolution—the higher the number, the better the control. Also known as variable output switches. A knob is required (not included).
Style A potentiometers are also known as gangable potentiometers. They can be linked to each other, so you can control multiple potentiometers from a single source.
Switches with ball bearings have a smoother rotation and a longer service life than other potentiometers.

On/Off Temperature Controllers
The simplest temperature controllers—they turn devices fully on or off, with no middle state, at a given temperature. They’re best as alarms and for systems where temperature changes slowly, but they shouldn’t be used when precise temperature control is necessary. All automatically reset as the temperature fluctuates. To read the temperature, they use a highly sensitive thermocouple probe (not included). And their mechanical relay actuates circuits directly. Controllers are SPDT (single pole, double throw) and can turn one circuit from off to on (normally open) or on to off (normally closed). Mount them into cutouts in instrument panels.
All meet American, Canadian, and European safety standards.
Controllers with a dial let you change the temperature actuation point with a turn. They fit into panels with 1/16 DIN cutouts. To mount them to a surface or DIN rail, add DIN-rail/surface-mount adapters. To convert larger cutouts to fit these controllers, use DIN cutout adapters.
