Built to withstand temperatures up to 1000° F, these vent pipes and fittings are for use with boilers, furnaces, stoves, and other equipment that is fired by gas, oil, wood, or coal.

Raceway

Also known as wireway and wire trough, this raceway system routes and protects electrical wiring.

Raceway, 45° elbows, 90° elbows, tees, and reducers have a removable screw-on cover that allows you to lay in wire and cable instead of pulling it through.

Raceway with knockouts has an equal number of knockouts on the top and bottom.

End connectors create a secure raceway connection to an enclosure or wall.

Dust-Resistant Raceway

Gaskets on the covers and at connection points protect against dust as well as seeping oil and coolant. All components are rated NEMA 12 for indoor use and resistance to falling liquids and light splashing; nonhazardous dust, lint, and fibers; and oil and coolant seepage. They’re also rated IP54 to resist dust and splashing water.

Raceway, 45° elbows, 90° elbows, reducers, and tees have a hinged cover that opens for quick access and allows you to lay in wire and cable instead of pulling it through.

End connectors join raceway to an enclosure.

Caps terminate raceway, 45° elbows, 90° elbows, reducers, and tees.

Wall mounting brackets attach to the flange on raceway, 45° elbows, 90° elbows, reducers, and tees.

Oil-Tight Enclosed Trough Raceway

This enclosure-like raceway, also known as wire trough, is rated NEMA 12 for protection from dust, dirt, and oil/coolant dripping. It’s also rated IP55 for protection from water projected from a nozzle. Use it to protect short, straight runs of wire and cable. To run wire and cable into and out of raceway, drill holes and pull it through.

Access wire and cable by opening the cover; it has hinges on one side. Screw-on clamps on the other side keep the cover closed.

Steel Formable Cable and Hose Trays

Cut, bend, and connect these wire mesh tray systems to route cable and hose in configurations such as curves, slopes, and tees. They are a lightweight option for organizing bundles of cable and hose while keeping them accessible.

All components are painted black to blend into dark backgrounds.

Use bolt cutters to cut trays to the size you need. The maximum capacity is based on mounting brackets spaced every 6 feet.

Clamp connectors join two trays in a straight line or two trays after you have bent them.

Drop outs relieve stress on the cable and hose as it exits the tray.

Hanging clips attach to the sides of a tray to suspend it from 1/4"-20 or 3/8"-16 threaded rod. Threaded rod, two nuts, and two washers are required for each clip and are not included.
