Smart Time and Day Activated Switches

Use your smart phone to turn equipment on and off at a set time and day. These switches connect to your phone via NFC (near field communication) and work with a free app to set schedules, adjust settings, and save programs. They can perform a different program each day of the week, and they compensate for leap year and daylight savings time. You can remotely apply programs across compatible switches, so it’s easy to reprogram lighting or equipment in large facilities. These switches mount to a flat surface or attach to DIN rail.

Wall-Mount Timer Switches
Use these switches in place of standard wall switches to automatically turn electrical equipment on or off after a set interval of time. They’re often used with lights.
Switches with override can bypass the automatic shut-off.
Set switches with beep and light signals to alert when the timer is almost done; the signals can also be turned off.
Switches with set time recall retain the last setting; hold the button down to restart the timer with that setting.

DC Metallic-Object Proximity Switches with Digital Display
Actuate your switch with precision—these proximity switches have an easy-to-read screen for precise distance inputs, measurements, and troubleshooting. Often installed on assembly lines with machine arms, these switches pair with a sensor (sold separately) to determine if parts are in their expected location. When items are located outside your specified range, these switches send a signal to automatically stop your equipment or to notify you of the error. Also known as inductive proximity switches, they sense metallic objects even if they’re obscured by water, oil, dirt, or a surface finish. Choose your switch based on the signal output required for your system. To determine the signal output of a switch you are replacing, use Testers for Proximity and Photoelectric Switches (not included).
Sensors can be mounted so the face is flush with the surface of any material, including metal. They’re also known as embeddable or shielded sensors. IP60 rated sensors protect against dust. IP67 rated sensors protect against temporary submersion.
Use a mounting bracket to mount these switches to any surface. Use an end plate to hold the switch in place when mounting to a DIN rail.

Digital Potentiometers
More precise than analog potentiometers, these have a three-digit display that is easy to read. Also known as variable output switches, they vary electrical flow to control speed, volume, and light intensity.
Dual-Setpoint Electronic Pressure Switches with Digital Display
When these switches reach either of their two set pressures—both of which can be controlled from the display—they send digital signals to your programmable logic controller (PLC) to activate automated controls. This means you could turn on a pump at one setpoint if pressure drops too low and open a valve at another if pressure rises too high. These switches could also be used to signal an alarm before switching off a pump. For remote control and monitoring from your PLC or PC, connect an IO Link controller (not included). You’ll also need to set one of the outputs to use IO Link instead of a PNP or NPN signal.
Change your setpoint, reset point, scaling, and other settings using the display’s buttons. An adjustable reset point means you can control the amount of pressure change before the switch resets, also known as deadband or differential. Choose anywhere within the setpoint range for your reset point. The head rotates, so you can view the display from the best angle. To reduce stress on pipes in your pressure system, secure these switches against a wall or other structure with a mounting bracket (sold separately). Use these switches with an M12 cable (sold separately) to quickly connect and disconnect them.
All are rated IP65 and IP67, so they seal out dust and water from washdowns and brief submersion. UL and C-UL listed, all meet U.S. and Canadian safety standards.

Electronic Temperature Switches with Digital Display

Micro
M12 Plug
A digital display makes it easy to monitor the temperature and control when these switches turn heating equipment on and off. They have an adjustable reset, so you can change the temperature range between when they activate and deactivate, commonly referred to as deadband and differential. Use the keypad to adjust the setpoint and reset point anywhere on the setpoint range. They produce an electronic signal that is often used to communicate with a programmable logic controller (PLC), so they're common in control and automation applications. Install them directly into tanks, pipelines, and other process components using their threaded probe.
These switches have a micro M12 plug, so you can quickly connect and disconnect them.
Rated IP65 and IP67, these switches protect against dust and water from washdowns and temporary submersion. They’re also UL listed, C-UL listed, and CE marked, so they meet U.S., Canadian, and European safety standards.
