Lubricants for Diamond Lapping Paste
Use during lapping to prevent your paste from drying. Choose a lubricant that has the same solubility as your paste.
Water-soluble lubricants are for use where oil could contaminate your work surface.

Diamond Lapping Slurries
Thinner than paste for easier, even spreading over flat surfaces, these slurries contain diamond, which is long lasting. Slurries are water soluble, so they are easy to clean and can be used where oil could contaminate your work surface. Use with a lapping machine or lapping plate. Apply to the plate and rub your workpiece on the surface to create a smooth, level finish. Grit and microns are approximate.
