Go/No-Go Outside Diameter Gauges

Also known as snap gauges for how they snap around rods, shafts, and other cylindrical objects, these gauges quickly check if an outside diameter is within tolerance. They have a hardened steel frame and spindle that stand up to flexing and temperature changes, so they stay accurate over time.

Go/No-Go Outside Diameter Gauges with Calibration Certificate

With a calibration certificate traceable to NIST that says they've passed a test for accuracy, you can trust these gauges to confirm if your object's outer diameter is within tolerance. They're also known as snap gauges because they snap onto rods, shafts, and other cylindrical objects. To maintain their accuracy over time, they have a hardened steel frame and spindle that withstands flexing and temperature changes.

Outside Micrometers for Tolerance Checking
Confirm a part is within your set tolerance. Set your minimum and maximum tolerance to quickly check where your part falls. They have a plain thimble that turns freely without friction or a stopping device. These micrometers rely on operator feel for accurate measurements.
Mitutoyo 113 series micrometers are limit-style micrometers. Set one spindle at your minimum and the other at your maximum tolerance.
Mitutoyo 523 series micrometers have tolerance pointers on the dial gage, so you can set your minimum and maximum tolerance.

Mobile Legal-for-Trade Floor Scales
Roll this scale wherever you need to weigh. It is NTEP approved for use with products sold by weight. It has a 9-pin RS-232 serial port to connect to your PC with a data cord (sold separately). The tare function lets you reset the scale to zero after placing a container on the platform. Scale operates on the included AC adapter or batteries (not included).
Optional data logging software (sold separately) is Windows compatible and allows you to upload data.
