Heavy Duty Clamp-On Framing and Fittings

Build workstations, conveyors, and shelving for heavy loads. These clamp-on framing rails and fittings are the thickest and sturdiest in our offering. The fittings slide over the rails in one piece. Tighten their bolts to clamp them in place—no machining or welding required.

Aluminum fittings resist corrosion in wet environments. 304 stainless steel fittings resist corrosion better than aluminum and plastic fittings. They also resist mild chemicals such as cleaners. Plastic fittings are nonconductive and lightweight. They also have good chemical resistance.

Clamp-On Framing and Fittings

Fittings come in two pieces to clasp over rails, making assembly and disassembly quicker than our other framing. Use it to form temporary partitions, modular conveyors, and workstations. To assemble, clamp fittings onto the rail and tighten the included cap screw and nut. For permanent connections and added strength, fittings have a 5/32" hole to drill in an additional screw (not included).
