These dispensers have a reservoir for recirculating coolant. They provide a constant flow of coolant, so they dissipate heat more efficiently than mist and droplet dispensers, making them suitable for cooling long machine cycles. Coolant strainers prevent debris from getting into the recirculated coolant.
Maximum flow rate and shut-off height are for water-soluble oil. Shut-off height is the maximum height to which the water-soluble oil can be pumped.

Flood Coolant Dispensers

Mist Coolant Dispensers with Reservoir
These dispensers have a reservoir and controls for coolant flow. Designed to cool short and intermittent machine cycles, misting dispensers dissipate heat more efficiently than droplet dispensers, while using considerably less fluid than flood dispensers.
Styles E and F have any-which-way nozzles that stay in place once positioned.
Use the optional on/off air switch with styles D and E. Install in the air supply line to save energy.

Droplet Coolant Dispensers

Deliver a small, controlled amount of coolant to a workpiece. Turn the knobs to set the air flow and the number of droplets per minute for each coolant stream. Dispenser has two any-which-way nozzles that stay in place once positioned. Each nozzle has a magnetic base.
Note: Dispenser is only for use with synthetic- and vegetable-based coolants (sold separately).
Mounting kit (sold separately) is magnetic, so it’s easy to move the system from one machine to another.

Chemical Hose Nozzles with Hose and Threaded Fittings

Quickly set up a line to dispense chemicals—these nozzles come with a hose and fittings that thread onto your drum or intermediate bulk container (IBC). The nozzles are made of either polypropylene or aluminum and the hose is PVC to resist corroding from citric acid, ethanol, and other chemicals. However, the nozzles are not designed for pressurized systems and should be used in applications where liquid can flow by gravity. Use the trigger to adjust how much they dispense at a time. The nozzles swivel to make directing the flow easier. Hook the included bracket onto the top of a drum or tank to hang the hose when not in use.
Polypropylene nozzles are lighter in weight than aluminum nozzles and resist corroding from harsher chemicals, such as phosphoric acid.
Aluminum nozzles resist wear and tear better than polypropylene nozzles.
