Heavy-Traffic Concrete Leveling Compounds
Not only do these leveling compounds withstand severe abrasion, wear, and impact, they stand up to heavy steel-wheel traffic and heavy blows without cracking. Apply with a trowel. They're ready for foot traffic in 12 hours. The resin and hardener are in separate containers that can be mixed in the pail. The size listed is the combined total of the two parts.

Concrete Leveling Compounds

Give new life to damaged and worn concrete floors. These leveling compounds also fill minor depressions and cracks. Apply with a trowel.
Cement compounds are ready for foot traffic in 3 to 4 hours. Add water and mix before applying.
Epoxy compounds resist abrasion for use in high-traffic areas. They’re ready for foot traffic in 8 hours. The resin and hardener are in separate containers that can be mixed in the pail. The size listed is the combined total of the two parts.

Concrete Crack Fillers

Fill cracks in horizontal, vertical, and overhead concrete surfaces. Surface fillers that have a mix ratio are multi-part fillers. Size listed is the combined total of the parts.
Surface fillers in a 10.1 fl. oz. cartridge can be dispensed with a standard caulk gun (sold separately). They flex as concrete expands and contracts with temperature changes. Acrylic fillers are textured to blend in easily and clean up with water. Polyurethane fillers allow for more joint movement than acrylic fillers.
Surface fillers in a 9 fl. oz. cartridge include a mixer nozzle but require a caulk gun with a 26:1 thrust ratio (sold separately). These epoxy fillers can be used underwater.
Knead surface fillers in a stick to a uniform color to mix and press them into cracks in concrete floors, stairs, and walls. They can also be used to anchor bolts.
Surface fillers in a pail can repair large areas. They resist abrasion, impact, and chemicals without the use of a sealer. The resin, hardener, and aggregate are in separate containers that can be mixed in the pail.

Deep-Crack Concrete Fillers

Fill cracks up to 10" deep on vertical and overhead surfaces. To use this filler, secure the included injection ports to the crack with the two-part epoxy sealer, then spread sealer over the entire crack. Allow sealer 24 hours to cure. Application time for sealer, after mixing, is 40 minutes. To fill the rest of the void, use the cartridge with a standard caulk gun (sold separately) to dispense the two-part epoxy filler into the injection ports.

Leak-Stopping Concrete Crack Fillers
Stop slow-flowing and weeping leaks in concrete. These crack fillers begin to harden in three to five minutes to create a permanent fix that won't shrink.
Polyurethane fillers are thin to penetrate deep into cracks. When fully cured they create a seal that can withstand pressure of up to 2,000 psi. Apply with a standard caulk gun (sold separately). For especially large cracks, use a packer (sold separately) with a grease gun or a grout pump.
To use cement fillers, mix with water.

Large-Area Concrete Patching Compounds

Cover large sections of damaged concrete with these durable patching compounds. Made up of a resin, hardener, and aggregate, they cover more area than any of our other concrete patching compounds. Use them to fix pitted, worn, and cracked concrete floors, stairs, and loading docks. Compounds resist salt water, oil, and chemicals, and stand up to forklift and truck traffic. The resin, hardener, and aggregate come in separate containers that can be mixed in the pail. Use the squeeze bottle for precision applications, such as in cracks and holes. The size listed is the combined total of the parts.

Drywall Crack Fillers

Fix cracks in drywall and stop them from spreading. Place the included fabric over wall cracks and cover with the acrylic paste. This results in a flexible, nonshrinking repair that prevents cracks from reappearing as the building continues to settle.

Self-Leveling All-Weather Application Concrete Joint Sealants

Apply these sealants on wet surfaces and in cold temperatures. Thinner than non-sagging sealants, these flow easily into cracks and have a smooth finish.
Sealants that begin to harden in 3 minutes are ideal for sealing pavement saw cuts made when installing buried sensing wires, also known as detector loops. You can walk or drive over the seams right away because they dry tack free within minutes.
Elongation and joint compression/expansion tolerance indicate flexibility—the higher the values are, the more joint movement sealants can sustain.
Sealants that cannot be sold to the listed areas exceed VOC (Volatile Organic Compounds) regulations.

High-Strength Self-Leveling Concrete Joint Sealants

Seal concrete joints in high-traffic locations—these sealants stand up to heavy wear and tear, such as steel wheel traffic. Thinner than non-sagging sealants, these flow easily into cracks and have a smooth finish.
Silicone sealant is RTV (room-temperature vulcanizing).
Elongation and joint compression/expansion tolerance indicate flexibility—the higher the values are, the more joint movement sealants can sustain. These sealants are best suited to joints between similar materials that aren't exposed to wide temperature fluctuation. For high-wear applications, choose a harder sealant for the most abrasion resistance.
When Sika Sikaflex Polyurethane requires a primer, for best results use Primer 260 on metal and Primer 449 on plastic and rubber.

Self-Leveling Chemical-Resistant Sealants

Designed to withstand extreme environments, these fluoroelastomer sealants have excellent resistance to sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, nitric acid, gasoline, and oil. Thinner than non-sagging sealants, these flow easily into cracks and have a smooth finish.
Elongation and joint expansion/compression tolerance indicate flexibility—the higher the values are, the more joint movement sealants can sustain. These sealants are best suited to joints between similar materials that aren't exposed to wide temperature fluctuation. For high-wear applications, choose a harder sealant for the most abrasion resistance.
Sealants that cannot be sold to the regions listed exceed local regulatory limits on VOCs (volatile organic compounds).

Self-Leveling Oil- and Fuel-Resistant Sealants

Thinner than non-sagging sealants, these flow easily into cracks and have a smooth finish.
Elongation and joint expansion/compression tolerance indicate flexibility. For joints between dissimilar materials and in environments with wide temperature fluctuation, choose a sealant with a higher elongation or joint expansion/compression tolerance. For high-wear applications, choose a harder sealant for the most abrasion resistance.
