Washdown Computers

Waterproof connections and a sealed enclosure make these computers impenetrable to water, whether you’re washing them down in your facility or using them in rain or snow. Often used in food-processing plants, they’re rated IP69K, so they’ll keep working even after high-pressure and high-temperature washdowns.
They're not your typical office computer—they'll stand up to tough industrial environments. A combination of their robust design and sealed ports means they’re sturdy enough to pass the highest military performance tests for temperature, shock, and vibration resistance. From the extreme cold of freezers to the sweltering heat of foundries, they'll stay reliable and won't lag or crash in a wide range of temperatures. Their fanless cooling keeps dust and debris out to protect internal components and means there’s one less point of failure compared to standard computers. Instead, the enclosure has cooling fins that act as a heat sink to draw heat away from internal components and dissipate it. However, this means you need to avoid placing objects on top of these computers. They also meet rigorous safety standards.
These computers have an Intel Atom processor that handles basic tasks, such as data collection, displaying equipment statuses, and internet use. They're often used for computers that work as HMIs (human-machine interfaces). Also known as edge computers or IoT gateways, these computers use a Windows IoT Enterprise system specifically developed for industrial computers. This makes them compatible with all standard Windows applications. From encryption to control over which applications can run, this system is more secure than consumer versions of Windows. These computers support long-term security and maintenance updates to ensure that your system remains secure and stable over an extended lifetime.
Pair them with a monitor, keyboard, and mouse (all not included) to create a workstation. You can also set them up to collect and record data from sensors and programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and transmit it over your network for monitoring and process control. They have a wide range of connections, so they’re compatible with most industrial equipment. All computers come with a power adapter and cord that plugs into a standard outlet. Mount these computers to walls or inside enclosures with the included surface mounting bracket.

From factory floors to outdoor installations, these monitors handle tough conditions. These are not your average monitors—a metal bezel protects them from bumps, scratches, and other damage. No flimsy plastic in sight. They’ll also do their job across a wide range of temperatures, so you can use them in hot or cold conditions without any lag. No internal fan means no need to worry about that as a point of failure or an opportunity for dust and debris to damage internal components. IP rated when mounted in a panel or enclosure, the front panel is sealed to handle dust and spaces that are frequently rinsed clean. As expected of something built to last, they meet safety standards.
The touchscreen gives you an intuitive and versatile HMI (human-machine interface) with a bright display, ensuring you can see readings no matter the lighting conditions. Scroll or zoom to check data, but keep in mind that these monitors won’t work with gloves unless they’re touchscreen compatible.
Mount them in a panel cutout or enclosure with the included panel mounting clamps. You can also attach these monitors to a bracket or positioning arm with a compatible VESA mounting hole pattern. All monitors come with a power adapter and cord that plugs into a standard outlet.
IP69K/IP50 rated monitors have a front panel that resists high-pressure washdowns when mounted in an enclosure. The rear of these monitors is IP50 rated for protection against dust. They also meet MIL-STD-810, a rigorous military performance test for shock and vibration resistance.
