Workstation Cranes
Able to cover a larger work area than rotating cranes, these allow you to position your load anywhere inside the four posts. They do not require installation in a foundation—you can install them on a reinforced concrete floor. Cranes have two fixed beams, a moving beam that travels along the fixed beams, a trolley, a cable travel system, and four posts. Enclosed-track beams keep the moving beam and trolley running smoothly by preventing debris from collecting on the track. The trolley has a mounting bar for your lifting device. The cable travel system includes cable trolleys to carry your lifting device's power cable. Use steel Stud Anchors for Concrete (sold separately) to mount cranes to a minimum 6" deep reinforced concrete floor.

Also known as end trucks, use these trolleys with your own beams to create a crane. For example, use two trolleys to allow a beam to move along two structural beams. Bumpers on the trolley body protect the wheels.
Top/bottom-mount trolleys allow you to run your moving beam along either the top or bottom of your fixed beams.
Bottom-mount trolleys are used on the bottom of fixed beams.

Build-Your-Own Workstation Cranes
Create your own crane with or without posts. Mount beams to your structural ceiling supports for a post-free crane, to four posts for a traditional crane, or to a combination of ceiling supports and posts to free up some floor space.
Beams can be installed as either a fixed or moving beam. All are enclosed to prevent debris from collecting on the track. The trolley slides along the beam and has an eye for mounting your lifting device.
Connection brackets join fixed beams together to extend the length of your crane.
Mount posts to a minimum of 4" deep reinforced concrete floor with steel Stud Anchors for Concrete (sold separately).
