High-Strength Brazing Rings for Copper

Join copper tubing and tube fittings with these BCuP-5 alloys that create a stronger bond than standard brazing alloys for copper. Slide the ring into the fitting, followed by the tube. Make sure there’s full contact between the ring and the joint before brazing. You can also use these rings on brass and bronze. These alloys do not contain cadmium, so they are safer to use than brazing alloys with cadmium and help meet industry regulations.

Brazing Flux

Use this flux with silver and copper-based brazing alloys to clean and prepare surfaces. Residue washes off with hot water. Do not use it with titanium.

Brazing Flux for Nickel Alloys and Carbide

Use this flux with silver and copper-based brazing alloys to clean and prepare surfaces. It is boron modified and residue washes off with hot water. Do not use it with titanium.
Flux with a 2200° F max. temperature lasts longer during brazing thanks to its low boron content, so it’s great for use on large carbide parts. It works particularly well with RBCuZn brazing alloys.

No-Clean Brazing Flux for Joining Aluminum to Copper

Clean and prepare surfaces before joining aluminum to copper. With minimal residue, this flux does not require cleanup.
Fluoride-Free Brazing Flux

Since this flux doesn’t contain any fluoride, it’s environmentally friendly and safe if it gets on your hands. Use it with silver- and copper-based brazing alloys to clean and prepare surfaces.
Brazing Stop-Off

Prevent the flow of flux and metal to unwanted areas during brazing.
Solvent-based stop-off is the most common option. It bonds better to the base metal than water-based stop-off. However, it’s flammable.
Water-based stop-off is nonflammable and odorless.
