The most formable brass we offer, 260 offers better weldability than 300 series brass but it’s not as machinable. Sometimes called cartridge brass, it's commonly used for ammunition casings, radiator components, and decorative door hardware. Each tube fits inside the next larger size for creating telescoping tubes.

Grab Latch with
Force Adjustment Screw
Grab latches work well on lightweight doors. They have a catch that grabs and holds a ball, latching screw, or strike plate to keep doors shut. Rail-to-panel grab latches have a ball that threads into a tapped hole on the panel.
Grab latches with left, right, and front grab direction work on sliding or swinging doors when the ball or strike plate is clipped into the front or side of the latch. Those with a force adjustment screw let you control how hard it is to open and close the latch.
