To protect against damage in air lines, air receivers, compressor tanks, and other air-powered equipment, these valves spring fully open at the set pressure and remain open until the system pressure is restored below the set pressure. All meet ASME Code Section VIII for use with air and inert gas pressure vessels. They have a vented relief port to exhaust discharge directly.
Valves with a nickel-plated brass body are more corrosion resistant than valves with a plain brass body.
Silicone seals provide better leak protection than brass seals.

Adjustable Fast-Acting Pressure-Relief Valves for Air and Inert Gas

- Temperature Range: -15° to 250° F
Change set pressure to suit your application—this valve includes four interchangeable color-coded springs with different set pressure ranges. Remove the adjustment screw to change springs; turn the screw to alter the set pressure within the range. The valve springs fully open at the set pressure and remains open until the system pressure is restored below the set pressure. It has a vented relief port to exhaust discharge directly.

Unlike valves that release discharge directly, these have a threaded relief port to direct discharge away from your work environment. They spring fully open at the set pressure and remain fully open until the system pressure is restored below the set pressure. All meet ASME Code Section VIII for use with air and inert gas pressure vessels. Body is bronze for durability and a long service life.
Swivel test levers rotate 360° around the valve for use in areas with limited clearance.

Air Fill Valves
Also known as Schrader valves, these valves rapidly fill or empty compressed air tanks or pneumatic tires.
Brass valves are softer than other metals, so they’re easier to thread together. They have good corrosion resistance. Nickel-plated brass valves have better corrosion resistance than unplated brass valves.

Couplers for High-Pressure Fill Valves
Fill tanks and recharge struts—these couplers join hose to high-pressure fill valves with Schrader threads.
Some couplers meet SAE AS4395, an automotive industry standard for flared fitting dimensions.
70° elbow couplers are angled to access hard-to-reach valves.
Couplers with a shut-off valve let you control the flow of air by hand. When used with Schrader valves that have a core, the core depressor pin in these couplers press valves open to let air flow in.

Air Compressor Air Flow Check Valves
Prevent air from escaping an air storage tank when the air compressor is not running. These valves install on the inlet of a tank. They open to allow airflow into the tank and close when flow stops or reverses direction. They have a 1/8 NPT tapped unloader port with removable plug for connecting to a pressure switch.
