With carbide-tipped teeth—the hardest in our band saw blade offering—these blades stay sharp longer and cut harder metals than bimetal blades. They cut faster than blades with carbide grit because they slice through material rather than grinding it away. Their cuts leave a smooth, burr-free finish. Also known as variable-set blades, the teeth vary in size, number per inch, and pattern to limit vibration and keep your cuts stable and accurate. The tooth pattern also reduces noise while cutting. Narrow and flexible, they cut straight lines, curves, and complex shapes. All have a welded seam and are ready to install on your saw. Choose more teeth per inch for a smooth cut; choose fewer teeth per inch for fast, rough cutting.

Carbide grit bonded to alloy steel blades cuts through hard materials such as hardened steel, graphite, fiberglass, composites, and nickel alloys including Hastelloy and Inconel. Choose medium grit for less material loss and a smooth finish; choose coarse grit for fast cutting. Blades have a welded seam and are ready to install on your saw. Use coolant (not included) when cutting metals.

Gullet blades quickly cut material that is at least 1/4" thick.

Continuous blades are better than gullet blades for material that fractures and chips easily and material less than 1/4" thick. Use with saw wheels that are at least 24" diameter.
