Flame- and Arc-Flash-Protection Coveralls

These coveralls meet NFPA 70E standards for protection against electrical arc flashes. Check the personal protection equipment (PPE) category and minimum arc rating provided for your workplace. PPE Category 2 is the most common rating for standard industrial applications, while PPE Category 4 provides the highest level of protection from arc flashes.
NFPA 2112 rated coveralls protect against flash fires.
Nomex aramid won’t melt or drip if it catches fire. It resists wear and abrasion better than other materials.
Cotton is lightweight and provides better breathability than other materials. Coveralls are stitched with Nomex threads for added durability. Coveralls with a Kevlar strap help someone rescue you from electrical shock when working with high-voltage equipment. In an emergency, someone can grab the 10 ft. strap to drag you to safety without approaching the hazard themselves. The strap is an alternative to a typical rescue hook or electrical safety hook.
Modacrylic/aramid blend provides better resistance against arc flashes and is more durable than cotton.
When measuring chest size, measure around the fullest part of your chest. Take all measurements over any clothing you expect to wear under the coveralls. Long coveralls have added length in the torso, sleeves, and legs, so they are recommended for anyone 6’ 1” and taller.
Coveralls cannot be sold to the listed areas due to PFAS regulations.

High-Visibility Flame- and Arc-Flash-Protection Coveralls

Wear these coveralls for neck-to-ankle protection from electrical arc-flashes and flash fires. They’re bright yellow with reflective strips to help you stand out in busy areas and dim conditions. They meet NFPA 70E and NFPA 2112 standards for protection from arc flashes and flames, as well as ANSI/ISEA 107 standards for visibility. They’re rated Class 3, which means you'll be visible from at least 1/4 of a mile away. Made of a cotton/nylon blend, these coveralls are soft and wear resistant. They cannot be sold to the listed areas due to PFAS regulations.
Check the personal protective equipment (PPE) category and minimum arc rating provided for your workplace and select all required clothing and personal protective equipment to meet that rating. These coveralls are rated for Category 2, the most common arc flash rating for industrial applications.
Use the size chart for general guidance. When choosing a size, consider individual body shape and clothing worn underneath.

Chemical-Resistant and Arc-Flash-Protection Coveralls

Shield your body from chemical and electrical hazards. These coveralls meet NFPA 1992 to resist 70 different chemicals and NFPA 2112 and 70E for protection against flames and arc flashes. Made of aramid fabric, they’re durable and breathable to keep you comfortable. Sealed seams and a flap over the zipper stop chemicals from reaching your skin.
Check the personal protective equipment (PPE) category and minimum arc rating provided for your workplace and select all required clothing and personal protective equipment to meet that rating. These coveralls are rated Category 2, the most common arc flash rating for industrial applications.

Arc-Flash-Protection Clothing Kits
For protection from arc flash hazards, these kits include several of the safety items you may need. All items meet NFPA 70E for protection against flames and electrical arc flashes.
Choose clothing that meets the arc rated personal protective equipment (PPE) category required by your workplace. PPE Category 2 kits have the most common arc-flash-protection rating for industrial applications. PPE Category 4 kits provide the highest level of protection from arc flashes.
Style B kits come with a hard hat, face shield, hood, coveralls, and two storage bags.
Style C kits come with a hood, jacket, bib overalls, and two storage bags. The jacket and bib overalls are made of Gore-Tex Pyrad, which is lighter in weight than most Category 4 fabrics, but just as protective.
When measuring chest size, measure around the fullest part of your chest. Take all measurements over any garments you expect to wear under the protective clothing.
Clothing kits that cannot be sold to the listed areas are restricted due to chemical regulations.

Flame- and Arc-Flash-Protection Bib Overalls

These overalls meet NFPA 70E for protection against flames and electrical arc flashes. They’re adjustable for a snug fit that shields skin from hazards while keeping you mobile—tighten and loosen the suspenders and secure cuffs around boots with hook and loop straps. Choose a bib overall that meets the arc rated personal protective equipment (PPE) category required by your workplace. The higher the arc rating, the greater the flame resistance.
Find your waist size by measuring just above the top of your hip bone. Take all measurements over any clothing you expect to wear under these overalls.
Cotton/nylon overalls are rated Category 2 for protection against arc flashes, which is the most common rating for standard industrial applications. They are soft yet wear resistant, so they’re more breathable than modacrylic/aramid overalls. A water-resistant coating on these overalls keeps you dry. They have leg zippers, making it easy to pull the overalls over bulky boots. With hip slits on both sides, you can reach through to your pants pockets.
Modacrylic/aramid overalls are rated Category 4 to provide the highest level of protection from arc flashes. Made from the same material as the outer layer of a firefighter’s jacket, these overalls are extremely durable.

Flame- and Arc-Flash-Protection Rain Suits

These suits meet NFPA 70E standards for protection against electrical arc flashes for personal protection equipment (PPE) category 2. They also meet ASTM F2733 standards for protection against flash fires. Check the PPE category and minimum arc rating provided for your workplace, and then select all required clothing and personal protective equipment to meet the minimum arc rating. Arc rating measures a garment’s ability to insulate the wearer from burns; the higher the arc rating, the greater the flame resistance. These suits are made of PVC-coated Nomex aramid. Jackets have snaps down the front and a storm flap to keep rain out. Sleeves have hook and loop cuffs; tighten to fit your wrist or expand to wear over gloves. The bib overalls have adjustable suspenders to modify the length.
When measuring chest size, measure around the fullest part of your chest. Find your waist size by measuring just above the top of your hip bone. Take all measurements over any clothing you expect to wear under these suits.
