Water Aspirator Pumps

Pick up chemical spills and remove liquids in vacuum filtering systems—these pumps create suction to draw up liquids and gases as water flows through them. They’re made of HDPE and polyethylene, so they won’t break down when exposed to highly corrosive chemicals and acids. The suction end has a barbed tube connector, which attaches to your vacuum tubing. The connector stays attached to your vacuum tubing and connects to the pump when you’re ready to use it again. These pumps also have an internal check valve to prevent backflow.

Mechanical Pump Shaft Seals with Extended Spring

For use in waste water, boiler feed, and compressor pumps, these seals have an extra-long spring that accommodates variations in seal cavity length. They come furnished as two pieces—the seal and the seat. The seal is comprised of the case, spring, diaphragm, and washer, which come locked together as one piece. Seal Width represents the working height, which is the compressed length when installed. The seat is comprised of the seat and the gasket. Products cannot be sold outside North America due to restrictions.
Buna-N diaphragms and gaskets resist grease and a wide range of oils.
Carbon washers are for use with clean liquids.
Note: Maximum performance values cannot be achieved simultaneously; for example, speed is affected by pressure, temperature, and other operating conditions.

Supplied-Air Hood Respirators for Air Pumps

When connected to an air pump, respirators provide a continuous supply of clean air. They have a chemical-resistant Tychem 2000 (formerly known as Tyvek QC) hood that protects against light liquid splashes. Tuck the hood with outer bib and inner bib into your clothing for splash protection. The ratchet suspension hat adjusts with an easy-turn knob.
If you need a different material or style, select a respirator hood that’s compatible with your respirator. Respirator hoods do not require fit testing, and they leave enough room to fit a ponytail or beard without compromising your respiratory protection. Hoods are available in a variety of materials and protection factors.
Add extension hose (sold separately) to increase your span up to 300 ft. To maintain NIOSH approval, respirators must be used with the hoses listed.

Cartridges for Powered Air-Purifying Respirators

Replace the cartridge on your powered respirator to keep air free from gases and vapors. Switch them out when the blower indicates that air flow is low. You must match the manufacturer of your respirator.
