Clamp-On Framing and Fittings
Fittings come in two pieces to clasp over rails, making assembly and disassembly quicker than our other framing. Use it to form temporary partitions, modular conveyors, and workstations. To assemble, clamp fittings onto the rail and tighten the included cap screw and nut. For permanent connections and added strength, fittings have a 5/32" hole to drill in an additional screw (not included).

Heavy Duty Clamp-On Framing and Fittings
Thick construction makes this framing strong and sturdy. This system has a secure clamping mechanism to hold heavy loads—no machining or welding required. Use clamp-on framing and fittings to form temporary partitions, modular conveyors, and workstations. Clamp fittings onto the rail and tighten the included hex head screws.

Light Duty Aluminum Telescoping Framing and Fittings
Create lightweight adjustable structures. With telescoping aluminum rails, this framing is often used to make folding stands, extension poles, and sign frames. To telescope rails, slide one length of rail into the next larger size and connect using the corresponding locks.

Aluminum Slip-On Framing and Fittings
Half the weight of steel, this aluminum framing resists corrosion in wet environments. Slip the fittings over rails to construct custom railings, guard rails, storage racks, and shelving. Tighten the included set screws for a secure hold.

Anodized aluminum resists corrosion and wear better than uncoated aluminum and has a finished appearance.
Yellow-painted aluminum rail offers high visibility.

Flush-Fit Framing and Fittings
Flush connections between rails and fittings give structures a clean finished look. Use this framing for stair rails, work platforms, and workstations. Slide the rail over a fitting and tighten the included set screw—the fitting grips the rail from the inside.

Telescoping Weld-Together Rails
Create posts of varying lengths. To telescope rails, slide one length of rail into the next larger size rail (for example, a 1 3/4" height rail fits into a 2" height rail and a 3/4" dia. rail fits into a 1" dia. rail). Weld the rails together at the desired length to create strong structures. These rails are not compatible with weld-together framing and fittings.
Aluminum rails are about half the weight of steel and resist corrosion in wet environments.
