Double-Acting Round Body Air Cylinders
Push and pull light duty loads. These air cylinders use compressed air to both extend and retract, so they operate at nearly full force in either direction. They have a round body—the most common style of air cylinder—making them more compact and better suited for tight spaces than cylinders with external tie rods.
Universal-mount cylinders have mounting threads on both ends. The back end has a pivot bushing, which allows for more mounting options than nose-mount cylinders. Nose-mount cylinders only have mounting threads on the front end, so they’re shorter than universal-mount cylinders.
Sensor-ready cylinders have a magnetic piston that can activate relays and controllers when used with a sensor (sold separately). When the piston moves past the sensor, the sensor activates. You can use multiple sensors—attach one for each action to trigger.
Cylinders with an adjustable cushion absorb piston impact to minimize wear and noise. Turn the screws to adjust the level of cushioning.

Rotary Clamping Air Cylinders


Clamp items in place to complete a step in your manufacturing process. These air cylinders rotate while actuating, so you can position, assemble, and inspect items. The body of these air cylinders has threaded through-holes on the face and sides, so you can mount them directly to equipment and thread accessories on. Vacuum Lifting Air Cylinders


Combine the lifting power of a vacuum with the actuation of an air cylinder to automate processes such as pick and place. With a hollow rod that’s threaded to connect to a vacuum pad, these cylinders let you move items with suction. They’re double acting, meaning they pull loads as well as push them, and do so with equal force. Mount them directly to equipment or with attachments (not included) using the threaded through-holes on the face and sides of the body.

Clean Room Table Air Slides
Move optical equipment and other electronics sensitive to dust and fine particles from a range of mounting positions. These air slides have a port that connects to a vacuum or exhaust system to remove particles created by friction inside the slide before they contaminate your space. Compared to standard air slides, these slides have a platform that extends the mounting surface to the top of the slide. This design reduces the total space needed for a full stroke length. Two guide rods keep the head steady as it extends and retracts.
