Wall-Mount Enclosure-Cooling Air Conditioners
Protect equipment in enclosures and cabinets from overheating with chilled air. All of these air conditioners are rated NEMA 12 to resist dirt, light water splashes, and oil/coolant dripping. The internal circuits of these air conditioners are rated IP54. The external circuits of these air conditioners are rated IP34.
Air conditioners with 3,600 and 5,100 BTU/hr. cooling capacity require two openings for installation.
Temperature controllers allow you to integrate these air conditioners into your network, or connect them to a computer or PLC, so you can monitor temperatures and manage settings and alarms remotely. An included RJ12 cord connects the adapter to your air conditioner. Two RJ45 cords (not included) are also required: one to connect the adapter to the interface module, and another to connect the interface to your device or network. An included USB cord also allows you to send data to your computer from the interface. Use the brackets to mount these controllers to DIN rail on a panel.
Foam filters catch fine particles and are disposed of after use. Aluminum filters work best in an oily environment and can be repeatedly washed and reused.

Enclosure-Cooling Heat Exchangers
Cool the air in your enclosure to protect electronic components from excessive heat. These heat exchangers absorb heat in the enclosure, then use cooler air outside the enclosure to draw the heat away, lowering the temperature inside. Unlike a fan, they seal out outside air, so dust, moisture, and other contaminants can't get in. Because they use ambient air to cool the enclosure, heat exchangers use less energy and are less likely to cause condensation than air conditioners.
Heat exchangers that meet NEMA 12 and IP54 seal out dust, dirt, and splashing water and oil. Made of steel, these enclosures are powder coated, so they won’t rust in damp environments, but they’re not watertight enough to use outdoors.
All of these heat exchangers meet American and Canadian safety standards.
