About Conduit

Access Ports for Metal Conduit

Also known as conduit bodies, these ports provide access to wire and cable inside conduit for pulling, splicing, and maintenance. They are also used to change the direction of a run. Connect to thick-wall (rigid) metal conduit. Aluminum and zinc-plated iron ports can connect to medium-wall (IMC) conduit. Ports with a set screw also connect to thin-wall (EMT) steel conduit without a compression connector.

All are corrosion resistant. 316 stainless steel ports offer the best corrosion resistance.

90° elbow ports with two removable covers are UL listed raintight for thick-wall (rigid) steel conduit.

Ports that can be configured as a straight, tee, or 90° elbow come with multiple cover plates for openings not in use. They are UL listed raintight for thick-wall (rigid) conduit and concrete-tight for thin-wall (EMT) conduit.

Access Ports for Rigid PVC Conduit

Also known as conduit bodies, these ports provide access to wire and cable inside PVC Schedule 40 or Schedule 80 conduit for pulling, splicing, and maintenance. They are also used to change the direction of a run. These ports are lightweight, corrosion resistant, and UV light resistant for outdoor use. They can be buried or encased in concrete. PVC cement is required (not included) to secure the connection.

Ports that can be configured as a straight, tee, or 90° elbow come with multiple cover plates for openings not in use.

Enclosure-Mount Aluminum Power and Data Outlet Boxes

Mount these boxes to the outside of an enclosure to access a programmable logic controller or other networked device without opening the enclosure. They’re rated NEMA 4 for protection against dust, corrosion, and washdowns. A clear flip-down cover and sealing gasket keep water out when not in use. Made of cast iron, these covers are strong enough to handle high-volume foot and vehicle traffic. Use them to cover manholes on roads, parking lots, or walkways.

Sanitary Sampling Stainless Steel Tube Fittings

Take samples in sanitary environments—these tube fittings won’t contaminate your lines or force you to pause them. Made of 316L stainless steel, they’ll stand up to harsh cleaners and sanitizers without corroding. They also have polished internal surfaces, minimizing the space where bacteria could grow. With quick-clamp connections, they are easy to take apart for cleaning or reconfiguring your line. All are 3-A certified to meet sanitary design standards, so they’re often used in food and beverage, pharmaceutical, and biotech applications.

All fittings require pierceable lids (sold separately) to draw samples through a hypodermic needle. Each lid is good for seven samples, and each sample leaves a hole mark, so you know when it’s time to unscrew the nut on the tube fitting and swap in a new lid. To help prevent dust and moisture from accumulating on the lid, all tube fittings have a dust cover. These lids are FDA compliant, so they keep contaminants from entering your line and also are approved for direct contact with food if they break off and fall in. Manufactured free of contaminants and allergens, all are BPA-, latex-, and phthalate-free. They’re also TSE/BSE compliant, meaning they’ve never come into contact with any animal products.

Pair these tube fittings with liquid samplers for a sample. They use gravity to draw out liquid through the needle directly into the bag.
