Aim your blasting media spray squarely at its target. Also known as siphon guns, these guns work with abrasive blasting equipment that has a suction feed, such as abrasive blasting cabinets. Because they don’t have a media reservoir, they must be attached to an external media source. Air jets and nozzles install directly into the gun.
The nozzle takes most of the wear from the blast stream, so the gun itself won’t wear out quickly. They can be used with any type of abrasive media when paired with the correct nozzle material. Each gun includes a starter nozzle, but you can swap in different nozzles for specific media types.

Connect to a foot pedal switch (sold separately) so you don’t have to squeeze the trigger to blast. They’re more comfortable to use when blasting for longer periods. They can also be used in systems with a shutoff valve on the air line.
Style A—Replace the nozzle in these guns when it wears out.
Style B—The grip on these guns is shaped to comfortably fit your hand. Replace the nozzle when it wears out.

    Precise-Control Handheld Abrasive Blasters

Image of Product. Front orientation. Abrasive Blasters. Precise-Control Handheld Abrasive Blasters.
Hold these blasters like a pencil to blast small, delicate parts with precision. They spray an airstream that’s five times smaller than standard handheld blasters, so you can target specific features without spraying surrounding areas. Use them for detailed cleaning and precision etching. They have their own media reservoir—just connect an air source. The reservoir sits above the airstream and feeds media by gravity, so you can only blast while holding the blaster horizontally or slightly downward.
Carbide Nozzle—Enough durability for any blasting media, including aggressive ones such as aluminum oxide grit.

    Handheld Abrasive Blasters

Image of Product. Front orientation. Abrasive Blasters. Handheld Abrasive Blasters, Gravity Feed.

    Gravity Feed

Carry these blasters anywhere for small blasting jobs. Use them to clean, etch glass, and remove rust and paint. Unlike abrasive blasting guns, they have their own media reservoir—just connect an air source. The reservoir sits above the airstream and feeds media by gravity. You can only blast while holding the blaster horizontally or slightly downward.
Use them with any abrasive media. They also work for pressure washing with liquids.
Ceramic Nozzle—Ideal for use with glass beads or any softer media. These nozzles are more durable than steel nozzles but less than carbide. They wear quickly when used with more aggressive blasting media such as Black Beauty grit, aluminum oxide grit, or steel shot.

    High-Speed Abrasive Blasters

Image of Product. Front orientation. Abrasive Blasters. High-Speed Abrasive Blasters.
Propel abrasive blasting media at high speeds to boost your blasting throughput. Also known as pressure pot blasters, these blasters use a pressurized tank to force media into the airstream and deliver it at higher speeds than blasters with a suction feed. They’re ideal for aggressively removing thick coatings, rust, and scale from heavy machinery and infrastructure. Because they’re portable, these can clean workpieces too large for blasting cabinets and immobile surfaces. They include a safety handle (also known as a deadman handle) that blocks the blast stream if you let go.
    Do not use with dolomite.
Ceramic Nozzle—Ideal for use with glass beads or any softer media. These nozzles are more durable than steel nozzles but less than carbide. They wear quickly when used with more aggressive blasting media such as Black Beauty grit, aluminum oxide grit, or steel shot.

    Abrasive Blasting Cabinets

Contain blasting media, dust, and debris while finishing your parts. These cabinets keep your workspace cleaner than mobile blasters. After blasting, media automatically recycles back into the cabinet so you don’t have to pause and refill. Also known as siphon cabinets, they have a suction feed. They propel media slower than pressure-feed cabinets but have fewer moving parts, so they require less maintenance. However, their slower speeds makes them incompatible for use with metallic blasting media.
These cabinets arrive fully assembled, welded, and sealed, so no extra PPE is needed during blasting. Built from thick 14- and 11-gauge steel with a powder-coated finish, they resist wear and hold up to frequent use. The included dust collector clears dust inside the cabinet to maintain visibility. A safety switch stops airflow when the door opens.
Do not use with steel grit, steel shot, stainless steel shot, baking soda, dolomite, or plastic grit.

Add these switches to your abrasive blasting hose to prevent it from spraying if the operator loses control. Also known as deadman switches, they prevent injuries and reduce wasted material by springing back to the off position when the operator lets go. All are for use with blasting systems that allow remote control blasting. Attach to your hose with hose clamps.

    Trigger Actuator

These switches send an electric signal to the control panel on the blaster to stop the spray. Because the signal is electric, these switches respond quickly even when your hose is long. They're recommended for hose that's over 100-ft. long and required by OSHA standards for hose that's over 200-ft. long.
Toggle Switch Actuator—Mount on top of your hose and control the toggle with your thumb. They’re smaller and lighter than switches with handle and trigger actuators, but harder to use with bulky gloves.
Handle Actuator—Mount these below your hose to grip the switch and hose together. The large surface area provides leverage when squeezing the switch in your palm, even when wearing bulky gloves.
Trigger Actuator—Extra grip allows you to twist and maneuver the hose without straining your wrist. The trigger is simple to squeeze, even when wearing bulky gloves. To prevent accidents, an included secondary safety lock requires two motions to begin blasting.

Send an air signal to the blaster’s inlet and outlet valves to stop the spray. These switches are easier to install and maintain than electrical switches. However, signal delay increases with hose length, so these switches are not recommended for hose over 100-ft. long.

    Automated-Control Abrasive Blasting Cabinets

Smooth and clean parts with the push of a button. These cabinets free you from juggling your part, the blasting gun, and a pedal like you would with traditional blasting cabinets. Choose a cleaning routine on the touchscreen and they’ll finish in as little as 15 minutes. These cabinets blast and tumble your parts to remove rough edges and contaminants, even from shallow holes and internal channels. An ionizer at the top of the blasting gun neutralizes static, so particles won’t cling to your parts. For delicate parts you don’t want to tumble, switch to manual mode and use these cabinets like a traditional blasting cabinet.
Use these cabinets anywhere with a compressed air source. Quieter than a hair dryer, the tempered glass window muffles their noise. The included dust collector removes dust from inside the cabinet to maintain visibility while blasting. They also filter debris out from the media, recycling it so you can use it again.
Not for use with steel shot or baking soda.

Reduce fatigue during long blasting sessions—these switches are built into a holder for your blaster hose. The holder has a brace that adjusts to shift most of the hose’s thrust away from your arms and grip, and repositions for comfort or different blasting angles. Switch easily between right- and left-hand use without having to take it apart. The housing has upper and lower rail mounts for optional accessories such as a side handle or flashlight (both sold separately). The mounts swivel around the clamp to keep accessories steady as the hose twists during blasting.
Also known as deadman switches, these switches stop blasting if you lose control. They automatically spring back to the off position to prevent injuries and reduce wasted material. To avoid accidental activation, a secondary safety lock requires an additional motion to begin blasting.

Easy-Load High-Speed Abrasive Blasting Cabinets for Large Parts

Quickly strip, clean, or texture bulky parts such as engine blocks and large molds. The entire top of these cabinets hinges open like a grill to fit parts that can’t fit through the door on standard cabinets. With the spring-assisted mechanism, you can open the cabinet to load parts without help. When fully open, there’s even enough room for a fork truck or crane to place your parts inside.
Also known as direct pressure cabinets, these cabinets have a pressure pot that propels media into the airstream at high speed. This gives you enough power to strip even stubborn, thick coatings, rust, and scale four times faster than with suction feed cabinets. A reclaim system returns media to the pot, so you can blast nonstop for hours before refreshing metallic and other long-lasting media.
These cabinets arrive fully assembled, welded, and sealed, so no extra PPE is needed during blasting. Made with powder-coated steel, they resist wear and hold up to frequent use. The included dust collector maintains visibility inside the cabinet.
Do not use with baking soda and dolomite.

Easy-Load Abrasive Blasting Cabinets for Large Parts

The entire top of these cabinets opens to fit parts too large for standard cabinets. The spring-assisted mechanism opens the door so a single person can load objects without help. When fully open, the top provides enough clearance for a fork truck or crane to place parts directly on the work surface. Also known as siphon cabinets, they have a suction feed. They propel media slower than pressure-feed cabinets but have fewer moving parts, so they require less maintenance. However, their slower speed makes them incompatible for use with metallic blasting media.
These cabinets arrive fully assembled, welded, and sealed, so no extra PPE is needed during blasting. Made with powder-coated steel, they resist wear and hold up to frequent use. The included dust collector clears dust inside the cabinet to maintain visibility. A safety switch stops airflow when the door opens.
Do not use with steel grit, steel shot, stainless steel shot, baking soda, dolomite, or plastic grit.

Accessories and Replacements for Abrasive Blasting Cabinets

    High-Speed Abrasive Blasting Cabinets

Finish your parts up to four times faster than with suction feed cabinets. Also known as direct pressure cabinets, these cabinets have a pressure pot that propels media into the airstream at high speed. This gives you enough power to strip even stubborn, thick coatings, rust, and scale from parts. The pot holds 110 lbs. of media, so you can blast for about 45 minutes before you need to pause to refill it with recycled media. These cabinets are powerful enough to use with steel shot and other metallic media.
These cabinets arrive fully assembled, welded, and sealed, so no extra PPE is needed during blasting. Made with powder-coated steel, they resist wear and hold up to frequent use. The included dust collector maintains visibility inside the cabinet.
Do not use with baking soda or dolomite.

    Light Duty Abrasive Blasting Cabinets

Strip surfaces for repairs, prototyping, and other jobs that need blasting from time to time. To make sure these cabinets are a good fit for shops with light blasting needs, we compared them against the premium construction of our standard suction feed cabinets. Both cabinets can be operated at the same maximum pressure. These are also powder coated like our other cabinets, so they resist chipping better than many other painted options at this price point. However, they’re made of lighter gauge steel, so once the coating chips, they’ll wear more quickly. They’re also sealed but not completely airtight, so you’ll need to use a respirator when working indoors.
Also known as siphon blasters, these cabinets propel media slower than pressure feed blasters but have fewer moving parts, so they require less maintenance. They come with a media vibrator to prevent clogs. A cyclone separates reusable media from dust. You’ll need your own pail to collect the media and a dust collector to maintain visibility inside the cabinet.
As part of our testing, we timed how long it took us to put them together. They come partially assembled, but you’ll need one to two hours to complete the setup.
Do not use with baking soda, dolomite, and metallic media such as steel grit, steel shot, and stainless steel shot.

    Static-Eliminating Abrasive Blasting Cabinets

Remove coatings from circuit boards and other electronics while protecting them from static discharge. These blasting cabinets have a built-in ionizer that neutralizes static charges in the air caused by ricocheting abrasives so they can’t build up. On top of that, the cabinet and work surface are grounded to drain any remaining static away from parts.
The media spray is thinner and more delicate than the one in a standard cabinet, so you don’t need heavy abrasive blasting gloves. Use any shop gloves (not included). When you place your hands through the holes in these cabinets, cuffs seal around your wrists to keep media dust from escaping. You’ll also need a dust collector or shop vacuum to maintain visibility.
Do not use with steel shot, steel grit, and stainless steel shot.

Twist, tilt, and flip these blasters to work on small, delicate parts from any angle. Suction pulls media into the airstream regardless of orientation. The airstream is five times more focused than standard handheld blasters, so you can target specific features without spraying surrounding areas. These blasters are often used for detailed cleaning and precision etching. Since they have a built-in media reservoir, you can carry them anywhere. Just connect them to an air source.
Carbide Nozzle—Enough durability for any blasting media, including aggressive ones such as aluminum oxide grit.

    Dry Ice Blasters

Image of Product. Front orientation. Dry Ice Blasters.
The cleanest, safest way to blast. These blasters turn liquid CO2 into dry ice pellets that remove paint, grease, and dirt—without releasing harmful abrasive media into the surrounding air. Since the pellets turn to gas on contact, there's no media left behind to clean up.
Ideal for light surface prep on metals, the dry ice pellets won't scratch or etch your material. Adjust the pressure and spray width for small or large surfaces, and fine-tune your settings in real time using feedback from the display. Do a test run before using these blasters on soft plastics, since the pellets may leave behind a texture. Opt for a blasting setup with conventional media for tough removal of heavy coatings, corrosion, or scale.
You don't need to order pellets to get started. The built-in pelletizer converts liquid CO2 into blasting media as you work. Connect a 50 lb. or 75 lb. CO2 tank with siphon tubes (sold separately). The system draws CO2 only when you pull the trigger, so quick jobs won't drain your tank. Any unused CO2 can be stored for later jobs. Set these blasters up in any well-ventilated space.

Connect these blasters to an air source to remove contaminants from metal surfaces without the mess of abrasive media. They strip corrosion, coatings, mill scale, and other contaminants without removing underlying surface material. A rotating belt of wire bristles snaps against the surface to mimic the impact of blasting media. The impact of the bristles creates the same textured finish as blasting media for coating and sealant adhesion. Because they don’t use abrasive media, the only leftover material is the removed debris. This reduces cleanup time and keeps the surrounding air cleaner.
Since they clean only what they touch, these blasters work more slowly than abrasive blasters that sweep large areas. Use them for small- to medium-sized tasks such as cleaning weld seams and prepping parts for coatings.
Hazardous Location Rating—These blasters are approved for use in locations where ignitable gases may be present, such as chemical plants and refineries.

No need for blasting media, power outlets, or compressed air. These blasters clean and texture surfaces wherever they’re needed. They strip corrosion, coatings, mill scale, and other contaminants from metal surfaces without removing underlying surface material. A rotating belt of wire bristles snaps against the surface to mimic the impact of blasting media. The impact of the bristles creates the same textured finish as blasting media for coating and sealant adhesion. However, they spin slower than electric and air-powered blasters, so they can’t remove heavy coatings and rust.

    Collector/Separator

Salvage reusable media from the dust pulled out of your blasting cabinet. These dust collectors/separators have a two-stage filtration system that separates media from dust and debris better than standard dust collectors. This helps you reclaim more of your media to recycle it back into your cabinet. It also ensures the media that you recycle is clean before you blast your parts with it again. Retrieve your cleaned media from the clean-out port on the bottom. They work with all types of abrasive media.
For 1 1/2 cu. ft. Maximum Cabinet Volume—Collectors/separators for cabinets up to 1 1/2 cu. ft. are compatible with small, benchtop abrasive blasting cabinets.
For 27 cu. ft. Maximum Cabinet Volume—Collectors/separators for cabinets up to 27 cu. ft. would be overkill for small units. Use them with large, freestanding abrasive blasting cabinets.

Strip corrosion, coatings, mill scale, and other contaminants without the mess of abrasive media. Pair these belts with a wire bristle blaster to rotate them at high speeds. As they rotate, wire bristles strike a metal bar on the blaster, bend back, and snap forward onto your work surface to mimic the impact of blasting media. The impact of the bristles removes material and creates a textured finish for better coating and sealant adhesion.
Steel Bristles—Harder than stainless steel bristles, these belts clean your surface faster and more aggressively. Use them to clean ferrous metals such as steel.
Stainless Steel Bristles—Prevent contaminating your surface with iron. Use these belts to clean non-ferrous metals such as aluminum and stainless steel.

    Work Surfaces

    Dust Screens

Set your workpieces on these surfaces while you blast. Perforations let your blasting media fall through into your cabinet’s hopper so you can collect it for reuse. Made of metal, they won’t bend or flex under the weight of your workpieces.
Dust Screens—Place a dust screen on top of your work surface to keep paint flakes and other unwanted debris out of your recycled blasting media. Don’t use them without a work surface since they’re not strong enough to hold workpieces on their own.
