Electromagnetic Door Locks
For use alone or as part of an access-control system, these locks use electromagnetic force to hold single doors closed. Control the locks with a push-button switch or keypad door control (sold separately). When power is interrupted, they instantly release. All locks must be hardwired.
Flush mount locks mount under the door frame header. For locks with 500 lbs. and 1,500 lbs. of holding strength, a 5/8" thick filler plate (sold separately) is required if the mounting surface on the frame is less than 2" wide.
Offset mount locks mount on the door frame header and include a mounting bracket that extends the strike plate above the door.
Locks with instant locking action lock doors as soon as they are closed. Those with delayed locking action lock doors after a set amount of time.
Optional battery backup packs supply power during power interruptions.

Electromagnetic Locks for Double Doors

Locks include two strike plates to control two doors at once. They mount under the door frame header and lock the instant doors are closed. A 5/8" thick filler plate (sold separately) is required if the mounting surface on the frame is less than 2" wide.

Often used on audio/visual cabinets, magnetic force keeps your doors closed. Note: Maximum pull-strength rating given is based on installation with the furnished strike plate; pull strength may be different based on the application.
Style 3 and 9 latches have two-piece strike plates for double doors that meet in the center.
Style 11 latches have an adjustable magnet that you can position for a secure hold.
Style 12 latches are designed for use on glass doors with wood frames. To install the strike plate, press it over the edge of the door. Secure the latch body to the underside of the top frame with a wood screw.
Style 19 latches have threaded studs that you secure with nuts from the back side of your door.

Push-to-Open Magnetic Latches
Open and close these magnetic latches with a push—there's no need for a handle. Often used on audio and visual cabinets, magnetic force keeps your doors closed. Style 5 and 6 latches have two-piece strike plates for double doors that meet in the center.
Style 7 latches have long magnets, so they’re best for overlay doors where the door does not sit flush with the frame.

Electromagnetic Gate Locks
For use alone or as part of an access-control system, this lock uses electromagnets to hold gates closed. Control the lock with a push-button switch or keypad control (sold separately). It locks automatically as soon as the gate is closed. When power is interrupted, the lock instantly releases.
Optional backup battery pack supplies power during power interruptions.
Filler plate is required if the mounting surface is less than 2" wide.
