New doors, same frames. Hung in a sub-frame, these doors mount directly into your existing door frame. They are UL fire-rated if installed on a fire-rated frame. To determine door swing direction, stand on the side of the door where it swings away from you. If it opens to the right, it's a right swing door; if it opens to the left, it's a left swing door.

Weather winds up to 250 mph—these doors meet FEMA and ICC (International Code Council) standards for tornado shelters. They won’t buckle if hit with flying debris moving at high speeds. All have been tested to withstand not only tornado-level winds, but also to resist bursting open from hurricane-level flooding. They’re also UL rated to withstand exposure to fire for up to three hours and prevent flames from spreading. Rated FEMA 320 and 361, they’re suitable for both commercial and residential use, and they can be installed in large rooms such as warehouses. The door panels, core, and frame are made of 12 ga. steel—that's three times thicker than a typical steel door. Three locking points keep these doors anchored in the frame.

These doors come hung in the frame for convenient installation. Also known as a flush frame, the frame is designed to mount seamlessly into exterior brick or cement block walls. These double doors are UL fire-rated to help prevent the spread of fire. Handle backset distance is the distance from the edge of the door to the center of the door's handle cutout. Door frames are sold separately.

Removable center supports (sold separately) allow surface-mount exit devices to be used on double doors. They accept the strike plates included with standard and impact-resistant devices.

Zipper-closure doors create an airtight seal. To walk through these doors freely, roll them up and hang them on the included flap hooks.

Magnet-closure doors are made of polyester, which is more durable than plastic. For hands-free entry, they’re secured by magnets sewn into the fabric that easily separate as you walk through them. Once you've passed through, they automatically snap shut. A plastic window allows you to see into the room on the other side of the door.
