Long-Nose Pliers
Long jaws give you access to tight spaces while letting you grip, bend, and twist wire and other small workpieces.
Wide-nose pliers have tips almost twice as wide as those of standard-nose pliers to give you a better grip on your work. They’re also known as duckbill and flat-nose pliers.
Cushion-grip pliers have plastic grips for comfort. Pliers with wire cutter have a cutting blade on the jaws.

Extended-Reach Long-Nose Pliers
Extra-long handles enable access in hard-to-reach areas. Also known as needle-nose and chain-nose pliers, use them to grip, bend, and twist wire and other small workpieces. The handles have plastic grips for comfort.
Combination-jaw pliers have a flat area for general purpose gripping and a curved area for round material.
Pliers with a 30° head give you access in spaces with limited clearance.

Corrosion-Resistant Long-Nose Pliers
Made of stainless steel or titanium, these pliers are good for environments where moisture and other contaminants are present. Use their long jaws to grip, bend, and twist wire and other small workpieces.
Stainless steel pliers resist corrosion that can hinder joint movement, but the jaws will wear more quickly than steel jaws. Wide-nose pliers have tips almost twice as wide as those of standard long-nose pliers to give you a better grip on your work. They’re also known as duckbill and flat-nose pliers.
Cushion-grip pliers have plastic grips for comfort.
Pliers with spring-assisted jaws open automatically when you release the handles.
Static-dissipative and antistatic pliers have grips that drain static away from your application, preventing buildup from electrostatic discharge (ESD) that can damage sensitive equipment. Static-dissipative pliers divert static faster than antistatic pliers.

Electrical-Insulating Long-Nose Pliers
Insulated grips protect against accidental contact with live electrical circuits. These pliers are tested to 1,000 volts to meet IEC 60900 and ASTM F1505. Use them to grip, bend, twist, and cut wire.
Slim-nose pliers have thinner and more tapered tips than standard-nose pliers, so they fit in tighter spaces. Standard-nose pliers have long, tapered jaws. They’re also known as needle-nose and chain-nose pliers. Wide-nose pliers have wide tips to give you a solid grip on work. They’re also known as duckbill and flat-nose pliers.
Cushion-grip pliers have plastic grips for comfort.
Ultra-grip pliers have grips made of hard and soft materials for comfort and slip resistance. They’re shaped to fit comfortably in your hand and reduce strain during repetitive tasks.

Precise-Control Long-Nose Pliers
Create smooth, precise movement with these pliers—their handles allow you to apply more force than tweezer-style pliers. These tools have a slip-resistant ultra grip that’s shaped to fit comfortably in your hand and reduce strain in repetitive tasks. The grip is also static dissipative, draining static away from your application to prevent electrostatic discharge (ESD) that can damage sensitive equipment. Because they are static dissipative, these pliers divert static faster than antistatic pliers. Also known as miniature and electronics pliers, use the long jaws to grip, bend, and twist wire and other small workpieces. The jaws are spring assisted to open automatically when you release the handles.
Slim-nose pliers have tips that taper more than standard long-nose pliers, so they fit into tighter spaces.
Wide-nose pliers give you a better grip on your work than slim or standard-nose pliers.

Fabric-Stretching Pliers
The extra-wide nose on these pliers pulls and stretches thin material without tearing it.
Pliers with a hammer jaw act as a lever if you need a strong pull. You can also use them as a hammer. Their jaws are grooved to have perfectly mated, rounded teeth for a no-slip grip on leather and canvas.
Bent-nose pliers reach around closely spaced components and other obstructions.
Cushion-grip pliers have plastic grips for comfort.

Nonmarring Parallel-Jaw Pliers
For a strong grip that won’t damage your workpiece, these pliers have a parallel-jaw design with nonmarring surfaces. By clamping in parallel, the jaws make more contact with a workpiece than standard pliers and keep irregularly shaped objects from slipping forward when pressure is applied. It also means there’s less chance the jaws will nick your workpiece as they clamp down.
Pliers with a knob jaw adjustment can be set to hold their opening size.
Stainless steel pliers have a wide nose for a better grip on your work. They're also known as flat-nose and duckbill pliers.

Parallel-Jaw Pliers
The jaws remain parallel as they move to keep irregularly shaped objects from slipping forward when pressure is applied. By clamping in parallel, the jaws contact more of a workpiece than standard pliers, which means they grip it better and are less likely to damage it.
Pliers with knob jaw adjustment let you set the jaw position to hold the opening size.
Wide-nose pliers are also known as flat-nose and duckbill pliers.
Pliers with spring-assisted jaws open automatically when you release the handles.

Pliers-Style Tongs
Keep hands away from machinery—use these lightweight tools to pick up and hold parts. The pliers-style handles provide more comfort and control than standard tongs.
Tongs with offset head reach over and around obstructions and have slim jaws that fit in tight spaces.
