Clean Room Antifatigue Mats
Rated for use in Fed. Spec. Class 100 and ISO Class 5 clean rooms, these mats release a low number of particles into the air. Also known as ergonomic mats, they provide cushion to reduce the fatigue and strain of standing while working. The surface is slip resistant for good traction.

Sanitary Antifatigue Mats
Reduce the strain and fatigue of standing while working in food-processing and pharmaceutical plants, as well as in clean rooms. These mats are USDA certified to meet sanitary design standards, and are suitable for use in clean rooms rated to both Federal Standard and ISO classes. Made of EPDM rubber, they resist abrasion and withstand washdowns with harsh sanitizers and cleaners. Use different color mats in different areas of your facility to minimize the risk of cross-contamination. Color coding is often used to help plants follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
Also known as ergonomic mats, they have surface projections that cushion your feet and keep you from slipping while you work. The projections are spread out to let air and liquids flow through, which prevents bacteria from growing between them.
Autoclavable mats can be sterilized with steam cleaning.

Disposable Sticky-Surface Mats
These mats are made up of layers of adhesive-coated sheets. When the top sheet gets dirty, pull the tab to remove it and expose the next clean sheet. Dirt, dust, and other contaminants from shoes and wheels stick to the tacky surface instead of getting tracked into your facility. Ideal for contamination control.
Mats can be used alone or as refills for mats with frame, which have a nonskid base that keeps them in place without being secured to the floor. Use on any clean, dry surface.

Reusable Sticky-Surface Mats
When these sticky mats get dirty, use the cleaner to restore the dirt-grabbing surface. Dirt, dust, and other contaminants from shoes and wheels stick to the tacky surface instead of getting tracked into your facility. Ideal for contamination control. Made of cut- and scratch-resistant vinyl, mats are not affected by heat, cold, or humidity. They have an adhesive backing to keep them in place.
Cleaner is sold separately.
Clean Room Static-Control Mats
Protect sensitive clean room electronics from harmful static charges. Commonly used in pharmaceutical and laboratory Fed. Std. Class 100 and ISO Class 5 clean rooms, these mats release a low number of particles into the air. These mats also are carbon-filled, so they are conductive, drawing static away from shoes and other sources. Unlike other conductive mats that require a grounding cord, these mats are solid rubber so static passes through them into the grounded floor.
These mats are ergonomic, which means they minimize strain and fatigue as you stand. They have tapered edges that won’t curl up and become a tripping hazard. Made of Buna-N rubber, they resist oil, grease, and other liquid spills.
Style A mats have a raised surface that creates better cushioning and traction than Style B.
The low-profile surface of Style B makes it easier to roll carts and trolleys across them than Style A.

Clean Room Sorbents
Absorb spills, catch drips, and control leaks in clean room environments. These sorbents are cleaned and bagged and don’t release as much lint or dust as other sorbents. Clean room rating indicates the acceptable level of contaminants; the lower the rating, the cleaner the environment. Not for use with aggressive liquids, such as hydrochloric acid.
Pads are for water-based spills on floors and other hard surfaces. Pads sterilized by gamma radiation have been through a process to reduce the level of microorganisms. Pads in packs of 50 are individually bagged. You don't have to store them all in your clean room, and they'll still meet clean room requirements when you need them.
