Long-Life Band Saw Blades for Stainless Steel, Nickel, and Titanium
Tipped in carbide, the teeth on these blades are the hardest in our band saw blade offering. They cut through hard metals, such as titanium and nickel, and still stay sharp longer than other blades. Since they slice through material rather than grinding it away, they cut faster than blades with carbide grit. Thin and flexible, these blades create straight lines, curves, and complex shapes with a smooth, burr-free finish. All have a welded seam and are ready to install on your saw. Tooth size and number per inch are constant throughout the blade.

They cut faster than blades with carbide grit because they slice through material rather than grinding it away. Their cuts leave a smooth, burr-free finish. Also known as variable-set blades, the teeth vary in size, number per inch, and pattern to limit vibration and keep your cuts stable and accurate. The tooth pattern also reduces noise while cutting. Narrow and flexible, they cut straight lines, curves, and complex shapes. All have a welded seam and are ready to install on your saw. Choose more teeth per inch for a smooth cut; choose fewer teeth per inch for fast, rough cutting.

Band Saw Blades for Fiberglass, Plastic, and Composites
The teeth on these steel blades are carbide tipped, so they'll last longer and produce a smoother cut than other band saw blades when cutting fiberglass, plastic, and composites. Tooth size and number per inch are constant throughout the blade, and the teeth are set to the left and right in a repeating pattern. They're also known as raker-set blades. Band Saw Blades for Case-Hardened Metal
Slice through metal that’s hardened on the surface, such as linear motion shafts. The tips of the teeth on these blades tilt backward, so you can cut titanium, Inconel, and other very hard metal too—they cut metals as hard as Rockwell C60. Also known as variable-set blades, their teeth vary in size, number per inch, and pattern to reduce vibration for a quiet, accurate cut. The blades are rigid, so they work best to make straight cuts. All have a welded seam and are ready to install on your band saw.
